Alphington Youth Football Club is based in Exeter, Devon and is a voluntary organisation established to provide football opportunities for the youth of Alphington and surrounding areas. The club operate structured training sessions for boys and girls in the school age groups from Under 7 to Under 16, and we are registered with the Devon County FA.

Each of the age groups have their own coaching sessions that led by volunteer coaches who are focused on building teamwork and developing each player’s individual skills in an environment that is both safe and encourages the players to have fun. Alphington Youth FC operates a code of conduct for players, Club Officials, Parents/Legal Guardians and Coaches to promote respect for the rights, dignity and worth of each and every person and treat each one equally.

Our Aims
The clubs aim is to ensure all players have fun and we place football development at the heart of all coaching to inspire players to thrive as footballers and individuals. Our aim is to encourage children of all abilities to play football and improve their skills and understanding of the beautiful game.
It is our aim that all our Coaches gain a minimum the FA’s Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football, in order to deliver consistency and quality coaching to the children.
